Melisa Recendez earned her undergraduate degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctorate at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. Prior to Barr & Douds Attorneys, Melisa worked as an associate attorney representing corporate clients in landlord-tenant disputes, complex tort matters and various civil litigation lawsuits. This experience provided her with a solid foundation of skills and expertise relevant to trust and estates litigation.
Melisa is passionate about advocating for her clients and protecting their best interests. Her passion for justice and commitment to excellence has allowed her to provide thoughtful and reliable guidance through complex litigation matters.
In her free time Melisa enjoys taking up new hobbies, traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
