Ruth Koller Burke
Ruth Koller Burke concentrates her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, as well as trust and estate litigation. Ruth has been involved with the preparation and trial of hundreds of cases, representing Fortune 500 companies, individuals, and fiduciaries. She has extensive experience advising clients in creating estate planning documents to achieve goals concerning their children, grandchildren and philanthropy. This unique combination of experience as a litigator and estate planning attorney provides Ruth with the ability to effectively manage all aspects of family wealth planning.
Ruth was born and raised in Lafayette. She graduated from the University of California at Riverside and the Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to joining Barr & Barr, she practiced law at Jackson & Wallace LLP and worked as a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. When not at work, she enjoys relaxing with her family and running. Ms. Burke is also a commited community volunteer and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Los Perales Elementary PTA , Moraga Junior Wormen’s Club, and Moraga Country Club.
