Konstantine Demiris
Kosta’s practice specialties consist of conservatorships, estate planning, elder abuse, elder fraud, will contests, and trust and estate litigation. He is actively involved in the Contra Costa legal community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Barristers Club, as a volunteer for the Criminal Conflict Panel for Conservatorships, and as a member of the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley. Kosta was born and raised in the Bay Area. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in 2002. At Cal, he was a kicker on the football team and was also a Practice Assistant for the Cal Women’s Basketball Team.
Kosta attended law school at Santa Clara University, where he was a writer for The Advocate. Prior to joining Barr & Barr Attorneys, he practiced at the County Consel’s office of Contra Costa, Tulare, Orange, and Yuba Counties. Kosta lives in Livermore, where he is actively involved with several community organizations. He enjoys outdoor activities, particularly fishing and hiking, and following “any and all sports,” but particularly Cal football. Go Bears!
